For McDonald’s, we created two data-driven campaigns, “Return a Smile” and “Growing up with McDonald’s,” to position the global QSR giant as a sustainability leader. We recognized that McDonald’s is more than just a restaurant—it’s a source of cherished childhood memories and a meaningful part of people’s lives. Building on this emotional connection, we focused on key segments like fathers with young kids and tweens, introducing concepts like a foldable Happy Meal box with digital rewards and community-building events. Our goal was to inspire sustainable habits, deepen brand loyalty, and demonstrate McDonald’s potential to lead the way toward a greener future.
